  • Kelley Boymer, Founder & President

    Kelley Boymer’s soul mission is to build connection, compassion, love and inspiration through her teachings as an educator, writer, and yoga & mindfulness instructor. Kelley is the founder and creator of Inner Rhythms, a mindfulness program providing tools for schools to grow a community of self-aware, compassionate, resilient and confident kids. She is an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 500-hour. Kelley is also a certified Yoga4Classrooms Implement Leader. She also concluded her Master’s Thesis in Childhood Social and Emotional Health. Kelley lives in the green mountains of Vermont with her two children, Willis & Selah, husband, Jack, dog, Spruce and cat, Moana. Kelley finds both comfort and joy from spending time in nature, journaling, yoga & pilates, dancing, walking with her dog and family, baths, reading, and spending time with friends.

  • Sarah Reiter, MS/JD

    Sarah Reiter, MS/JD is a non-profit executive, writer, and professor. She brings two decades of interdisciplinary, solutions-based expertise to her conservation practice that focuses on promoting sustainable communities and restoring ocean health. Sarah's service began as an oceanographer and meteorologist for the U.S. military, and extended into her time as a law professor, where she served as the head of an observer delegation to the international climate negotiations in support of small island nations. Her work is published in academic journals and textbooks, and she serves as co-editor of the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources' Ocean and Coastal Law and Policy textbook (Third Edition pending). As a lifelong learner, athlete, and mother, Sarah relies on mindfulness techniques to self-regulate, manifest a sense of calm and confidence, manage stress, and build resilience.

  • Jacquelyn Thomason, MAT

    Jacquelyn began her career as an Early Childhood Educator at the Elliott-Pearson Children's School at Tufts University where the focus of her graduate work was antibias education and inclusion. In the 15+ years she has been teaching in public Kindergarten, 1st grade, and PreK, she has continued this work with an emphasis on curriculum that is guided by student interest and experience and is grounded in developmentally appropriate practices around mindfulness, social-emotional wellness, and antibias. She is certified in Childlight Yoga and loves incorporating yoga practices, mindfulness, and breathwork into daily routines. Jacquelyn has seen the positive impacts of the weekly Inner Rhythms Practice on the sense of community in the classroom and children's ability to identify their emotions and modulate their energy. She lives with her partner Max and 7 year old daughter, Johnnie. She loves spending time with her family, reading, hiking, skate-skiing, walks with friends, quiet time, learning new skills, and listening to music while getting creative with cooking.

  • Kelly Giller, RN

    Kelly Schulz, RN is the school nurse at Woodstock Elementary School. Prior to starting at WES she was the lead nurse and pratice manager at Ottauquechee Health Center focusing in pediatrics. Transitioning from the clinic to the school she can see first hand how important teaching SEL skills can help children succeed in school. She has seen the positive impact Inner Rhythms has had on her 4 year old son, Lincoln as he tranisitioned to Pre-K at WES. A lifelong resident of Woodstock, Kelly now resides in South Woodstock with her husband, Eric, two boys Lincoln and Ashton, dog Lola and cat, Honey. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family; skiing, hiking, and enjoying the abudent seasons of Vermont.

  • Jacqueline Overstreet

  • Audrey Richardson, PhD

    Audrey has been an educator for over twenty years. Her career began in the high school English classroom, and from there, Audrey has engaged in various roles including literacy intervention and coaching as well as Multitiered Systems of Support Implementation and 504 coordination. In her MTSS, Audrey supports districts all over Vermont to implement equitable systems of support with the goal of supporting academic and social-emotional outcomes for all students. Audrey is currently the graduate literacy coordinator for the University of Vermont where she received her PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy. Audrey and her husband live on their family's farm in Hartland, Vermont with her husband, teenage daughters, and a whole bunch of animals.

  • Erin Klocek

    Erin has been the WES school counselor since 2011. She works with students, families, teachers, and staff at WES to support a rich SEL program. She teaches classroom lessons and leads small groups focused on building SEL and health-related skills and knowledge. Erin has been a proponent of mindfulness in school for many years. She has encouraged teachers to include mindful skill-building in their classrooms, and leads practices often as a part of the health curriculum.
