Learn all about the Inner Rhythms Mindfulness program that Kelley Boymer is teaching each Thursday. Participate in a session with your kids and hear from students and teachers about the impact of this program. BYO yoga mat (we’ll have extras if you don’t have one) and donation entry to support the program which needs your help to continue. We hope to see you there!
